Elle de Bernardini (Brasil, 1991) lives and works in São Paulo.
As a transsexual woman, she is interested in the intersection of gender, sexuality, politics and identity with human history and art.
Trained in classical ballet by the Royal Academy of Dance of London, her work has been exhibited in national institutions in Brazil such as Museu de Arte de Sao Paulo/MASP, Pinacoteca do Estado de Sao Paulo, Museu de Arte do Rio/MAR, Museu de Arte do Rio grande do Sul/ MARGS, Museu Nacional da Republica, Memorial da America Latina, MAC- RS, Pivo Arte e Pesquisa, Farol Santander, Centro Cultural Sao Paulo.
She has participated in the 12th Mercosul Biennial. Her works are part of important collections such as the Museu de Arte do Rio Grande do Sul / MARGS, Porto Alegre. MAC-RS, Porto Alegre. MAC-Niterói, Rio de Janeiro.
