Create to renew yourself better. Pascal Nampémanla Traoré, takes pleasure in painting, photographing and filming characters born of his imagination but also from his daily life, his readings and his inspiring research. His style and practice evolve over the years and are guided by new techniques that he constantly explores. However, one theme always comes up again in his creations: the human in the face of changes in the world. The series of works he undertakes are the result of research, an exploration of the world and the people around him.

Pascal Nampémanla Traoré has participated in several group and solo exhibitions: Official selection of the Dakar Biennale (2006), Exhibitions at the various editions of the Dakar Biennale (2004 to 2018), Rotonde des arts Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire (2016), La Cloche des fourmis, Biennale de Dakar, Senegal (2018), Lettre de Loin, réponse de l'intérieur, PARTCOUR édition 7, Dakar, Senegal (2019).
