Created in 2022 at the initiative of the French Ministry of Culture, following the delivery of the Stora Report and as part of the implementation of recommendations to appease Franco-Algerian memories, this program of cross-residencies, creation and research, was aimed at visual artists, musicians, and Algerian writers working and living in Algeria.
The recipients of the program will benefit from a four-month research residency at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris and the Friche la Belle de Mai in Marseille – in collaboration with AM.I, Triangle - Asterides, contemporary art center of national interest and Fraeme – or the Camargo Foundation in Cassis, professional and artistic support, a living allowance, transportation costs during the residency and production assistance.
