Residency for curators – France/Canada 2022

Galerie Polygon, Griffin Art Projects and the Cité internationale des arts have partnered, with the support of the French Embassy in Canada and the Canadian Cultural Centre in Paris, to create a curatorial residency program, alternating each year between Paris and Vancouver.

The objective of this program is to provide opportunities to develop curatorial projects by promoting cultural exchange in response to the contemporary art contexts in France and Western Canada respectively.

In 2022, the program proposes a three-month residency (September to November 2022) for a French curator living in France at Griffin Art Projects located in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Following a thorough review of the applications and in accordance with the selection criteria indicated in the call for applications, the residency (September 4 to November 30, 2022) was awarded to Clelia Coussonnet.
