Meeting-event with the first recipient of the literary prize "Voix d'Afriques". An award designed to bring out the new French-speaking voices of the African continent and to distinguish young authors under 30 years old for their first novel.
The name of this young writer was revealed on September 16 at the time of the book's release in bookstores, Abobo Marley, and his residency at the Cité internationale des arts.
A large evening event with the laureate Yaya Diomandé is organized at the Maison de la Poésie in Paris in the presence of the actor Birane Ba, resident of the Comédie-Française who will be accompanied on stage by the musician Benoist Bouvot Este for the reading of large excerpts from Abobo Marley by Yaya Diamandé.
Yaya Diomandé (Ivory Coast) is the recipient of the "Voix d'Afriques" prize initiated by the Editions Lattès, RFI and the Cité internationale des arts.
