Between people coming and going or simply meeting up, hundreds of artists pass through the Cité internationale des arts every day. The Cité is a witness to their interrogations, exchanges and collaborations, to their writings, productions and creations. Correspondance provides a snapshot of a specific moment in the life of the international contemporary art scene.
For the fourth edition of Correspondance, the Cité internationale des arts is exceptionally opening the doors of its Montmartre site over a two-day period so you can meet the artists in residence in their studios and discover their work.
Participants: Philippe Calia (France), Clément Carat (France), Alizée Gazeau (France), Anahita Hekmat (Iran), Virgile Ittah & Kai Yoda (Japan/Sweden), Keywan Karimi (Iran), Marie-Claire Messouma Manlanbien (France), Alejandro Medina (Guatemala) and Anthony Plasse (France).
In addition, a group exhibition, Tongue on tongue, nos salives dans ton oreille, will be organised at our Montmartre site from December 6-21. An event organised in partnership with Prologue Collective.
