Ihsen Laribi was born in 1979 in Moknine (Tunisia). He completed his higher studies at the Higher Institute of Music in Tunis and obtained in 2006 his master’s degree in music and musicology and a specific diploma in oud-luth. In 2008, he graduated with a Master’s degree in cultural sciences specializing in musicology.
The show “Horizon” that he presents at the Cité internationale des arts includes melodies composed during his residence in Paris. They are inspired by his encounters and the friendships mixing difference and diversity that he was able to forge.
