Dans le cinéma en noir et blanc, il s'agit de confronter des idées opposées en termes de motifs et de formes ; garder un œil attentif sur les contours, les dégradés et la nature contrastée des choses ; chasser leurs significations et écouter leur son et créer un document poétique à la recherche d'un nouveau genre mêlant des disciplines contradictoires.
Sebastián Múnera et Yasha Vetkin s'efforcent de commenter le cinéma noir et blanc contemporain. Ils présenteront leurs projets cinématographiques les plus récents.
Yasha Vetkin (Russie) est en résidence à la Cité internationale des arts par le biais du programme de l’Institut français et Sebastián Múnera (Colombie) par le biais d’un partenariat avec le Centre Pompidou pour l’exposition Cosmopolis.

Chasing their meanings and listening to the way they sound. Creating a poetic document in pursuit of a new genre amalgamating contradictory disciplines. Sebastián Múnera (Colombia) and Yasha Vetkin (Russia) are both working to make a comment on contemporary black and white cinema. They will present their most recent cinema projects.
