L’installation de Daniel Horowitz, dans le cadre de l’exposition Cabinet, à la Galerie Da-End, associe la peinture contemporaine à la sculpture précolombienne et sert de microcosme au projet plus large Totem sans Taboo, que l’artiste développe actuellement en résidence à la Cité internationale des arts.
La Galerie Da-End poursuit son cycle d’expositions-hommage aux cabinets de curiosités et invite à l’occasion de cette huitième édition une trentaine d’artistes français ou internationaux à dévoiler leurs travaux dans une scénographie évoquant les originelles « chambres des merveilles ».
A travers une collecte rigoureuse d’œuvres aux médiums variés – dessin, peinture, sculpture, vidéo ou encore photographie, l’exposition ouvre de nouveaux horizons visuels en déroulant cette année le fil rouge du Primitivisme.

Daniel Horowitz’s installation, in the framework of the exhibition Cabinet, at Galerie Da-End, which combines contemporary painting with pre-Columbian sculpture and serves as a microcosm of the greater Totem sans Taboo project currently in development in residence at the Cité internationale des arts.
The Galerie Da-End continues its cycle of exhibitions devoted to the "cabinet of curiosities,” and invites 30 french and international artists to unveil their work in a scenography evoking the original room of wonders.
Through the common thread of “primitivism,” the exhibition presents a rigorous collection of works in varied mediums - drawing, painting, sculpture, video, and photography.
