The program Par où commencer ? invites you to a get-togethers of ideas, to be together at the same time, at the same schedule, across Europe, across the world, to follow and share European conversations. Initiated by the Relais Culture Europe and a variety of European partners including the Cité internationale des arts, this radio project proposes to explore new paths in the role of culture and its actors.
