For their open studio, Sophie - Eun Sun Huh, Ana Vila and Julia Klemm are working on an installation that shows a dialogue between their different ways of applying layers of paint and material, and the different reasons for their constructions.
Sophie - Eun Sun Huh uses multiple layers of hydro-lacquer paint that are superimposed and eroded. The colours for the artist are also associated with psychological effects, it links the colour blue to silence. In this last episode of the series, she emphasizes the direction of silence. Ana Vila exhibits her recent work at the Cité internationale des arts. She decides to build painted objects by making a layer for each day of her residence using a French industrial paint.
