Through her work, Claudia Barcheri explores organisational systems representing the artificially structured world, which are simultaneously being manipulated by creative forces. It is these transformative moments of disintegration and reconfiguration that capture the artist's attention and serve as both inspiration as well as the objective of her artistic work. In this process, preexisting situations are symbolically alienated and transformed by modifying textures and materiality into new visual moments.
