On the occasion of Europe Day, Bozar traditionally organizes conferences and debates on the state of the European Union under the name of Mayday.
For the 2022 edition, journalists and academics from all over Europe, but especially from Ukraine, will comment on the conflict. Artists and cultural workers will reflect on the role they can play when weapons speak. Russian dissident voices repressed by President Putin's regime in their own country will also be heard.
On this occasion, Bozar invites the Cité internationale des arts – represented by Marie Le Goux, Administrative, Financial and Human Resources Director – to participate in the Art at War roundtable alongside Pieter Vermeulen, Marita Muukkonen, Ivor A Stodolsky and Kristina Solomoukha.
