ONDES is part of the new actions carried out by the Cité internationale des arts for ultramarine artists.
This new program offers three-month residencies (March to May 2021) for artists of all disciplines, of French nationality and residing in the overseas departments (DOM and TOM) who wish to develop a research and creation project in Paris.
It also offers multidisciplinary support, meetings with artists and cultural professionals, as well as active participation in the life of the Cité internationale des arts and its 325 residents of all disciplines, all generations and all backgrounds.
ONDES benefits from the financial support of the Ministry of Overseas France.
Recipients are provided with transportation to and from Paris, a studio (living and working space) on the site of the Marais de la Cité internationale des arts, a monthly living grant of 750 €, as well as artistic and professional support.
