Paris-based composer and pianist Koki Nakano will accompany a performance of ballet Chorégraphes Contemporains from November 4th to 28th at the Palais Garnier of the Paris Opera.

Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and Damien Jalet, two Belgian choreographers who created Boléro in 2013, are returning this time to offer each one a creation, the first is accompanied by a music of Woodkid, the second is accompanied by a music of Koki Nakano, a Japanese artist in residence at the Cité internationale des arts.
Tess Voelker, a young twenty-three-year-old American dancer and choreographer who has been working at the Nederlands Dans Theater since 2017, offers a first piece for the ballet dancers at the rhythm of a song of Nick Drake.
Finally, the ballet is accompanied by musician Guillaume Alric, French choreographer and Mehdi Kerkouche director who takes the audience into his hip-hop world.
