Caroline Déodat's exhibition Landslides presents the video installation of the same name, created by the artist in 2020 and re-edited in a new version for its presentation in the spaces of Palazzo Re Rebaudengo.
Caroline Déodat's research crosses the disciplines of cinema, fiction, ethnography, and theory, exploring the relationship between the processes of archiving and alienation. Landslides results from Caroline Déodat's unique positioning as a member of the Mauritian diaspora and her PhD in social anthropology at EHESS.
