A residency center never stops: it is first and foremost a place to live and work before being a place of performance. The Cité internationale des arts thus continues its commitment to creation, even in today's context: we support artists in residency on a daily basis.

We have decided to virtually knock on the doors of the artists in residence studios here in Paris and of those who have left to show that creation continues to take place.

The 5 recipients of the TRAME program, an exceptional edition launched in 2020 by the Cité internationale des arts in response to the health crisis we are going through, are taking the pose! Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th of January on TV5MONDE: Destination Francophonie meets Sabrina Ratté, recipient of the Cité internationale des arts TRAME program.

This new residency program is part of the new actions carried out since 2019 by the Cité internationale des arts, designated as a reference center for francophone creation by the Ministry of Culture. It is anchored at the heart of the life, activities and networks of the Cité and its 325 residents of all disciplines, generations and nationalities.
